Our next tax lien expert interview will be on July 15 with Darius Barazandeh, Texas Attorney and expert in investing in Texas tax deeds. Darius is the author of the home study program Texas Houses for Pennies II, available at http://www.taxlienlady.com/texastaxdeed.htm. Besides investing in redeemable tax deeds, Darius will also be talking about how to incorporate or form an LLC for the purpose of purchasing tax deeds. I’ll send you the details a week or two before the call.

In August I will be interviewing an expert in tax lien investing from another area of the country and for September I am working on setting up an interview with an expert on self-directed IRAs to talk about using your self directed IRA for investing in tax liens and tax deeds.
