What's All The Buzz About Tax Sale Overages?

There has been a lot of buzz lately about getting finder fees from tax sale overages.

I've been getting a few questions about this new way to make money from tax sale properties without going to the tax sale and without having to purchase anything.

But this in not a new strategy, it's been around for quite a while. In fact I've hosted a couple of webinars with Rick Dawson about this strategy in the last couple of years.

Rick's students have been receiving big checks each month for finding people that are owed excess proceeds from tax sales, and helping them get their money. He found this strategy to be even more profitable than his DeedGrabbing strategy of buying properties cheap from the owner before the tax sale because:

1) You don't have to own property
2) You don't need to have much money
3) You don't have to fix up and sell properties
4) You don't have to do any due diligence on properties

The only problem is that Rick's course has not been available for a while. But now that other real estate investing trainings are selling their own courses about how to profit from this same strategy, Rick has agreed to make his course available again. He is not going to be one upped by anyone, so he's making his course available at a huge discount.

And he's agreed to another webinar just for my subscribers to answer your questions about how you can make money on tax sale overages.

Here's what you may not have learned from other trainers that are teaching this stuff. Sometimes they make it seem easy and let you thing that you can do this strategy anywhere. But in fact there are certain states that it doesn't work very well. If you try this strategy in these states you're going to spend a lot of time and not make much money.

So I'm going to have Rick let you in on the "inside secrets" of collecting finders fees for tax sale overages. But you'll have to join Rick and I on a free webinar this Thursday find out what they are.

You can register for this special webinar at www.taxlienlady.com/WebinarTraining. If you register now you'll be able to submit your question to Rick and have it answered on the webinar. But hurry, you've got to get your question in by Wednesday if you want Rick to answer it on the live call.
