We Had a Great Webinar Last Night....

We had a great webinar last night with Bob Golden. Bob showed us some examples of how he used real estate timing statistics to make a lot more money in his real estate investing than the average investor. He showed examples from three different area of the country and showed us how real estate market timing works.

He also gave us a great deal on a subscription to his market statistics. I've been looking around at this stuff and there is only one other web site that I know of that does anything close to this and they charge twice the monthly subscription rate, plus they have a huge fee to sign up. Not Bob, he wanted to make this affordable for everyone...

Here's why, in 2006 Bob got caught with his pants down so to speak. He lost everything on a pre-construction real estate deal in Florida. Later when he learned about market timing data, he went back and looked at the data for the time that he purchased and saw that numbers foretold what was happening in the market.
